Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy when I visit the store?
Unfortunately, no. To make sure there's less waste, we only ever keep stock whenever someone orders beforehand.
While this may mean it will take at least a day before you get something from pamsmixx, it'll also mean anything you pick up from us will be as fresh as possible!
Is the delivery 24/7?
We outsource our delivery service to Royal Mail. Unfortunately, they can't deliver during Sundays, after 6pm. Regrettably, if you order during this period, it will have to be queued for fulfilment the next working day.
The cake I want to buy isn't here. Is there any place where I can get a custom cake?
If you want a cake outside of what this site provides, you can contact us via our FB Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or E-mail to consult us on your delicious custom cake idea.
We'll be able to quote you on the decorations, the cake base, the size, the writing, the cake topper, vegetarian options and more!
We want the perfect cake decided for you, so please allow a grace period of at least 2 weeks before we make your custom-made cake.
What places do you deliver to?
We outsource our delivery service to Royal Mail, which covers the entirety of the UK. We also hand deliver directly if you're in Cardiff and its surrounding areas.
Keep in mind that any late local deliveries (which are after bakery hours, between 6pm to 8pm) will have to be done the next working day. Additionally, please contact us if you need a local delivery outside of 6-8pm, as our driver's availability depends on an open schedule.
I'm collecting an order. Where can I park?
Please park at GR48+WMM Cardiff. Please note that the spaces directly outside our location are reserved for residents only.
Are there any other places I can order besides this website?
You can also find us on TikTok Shop and Amazon, and even directly through our DMs. Order wherever feels right for you.
Additionally, you can also order through UberEats if you want to try out take-away menu, locally delivered through Cardiff.

Get in touch with us whenever you need a burning question answered. Drop us an email, give us a call, or send a message on social media (FB Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp) for other enquiries you might have.
All of the food we produce and sell is prepared in a home environment by us. Some foods contain statutory allergens, and we therefore request anyone with allergies to keep caution. Although we produce food seperately to prevent contamination, there might still be trace amounts of statutory allergens present.
Please contact us if you have any concerns with allergens and/or intolerances.
